Loved the units that are very private and spacious. Resort amenities include pool and hot tub, some lawn games and playground. Pool hours very limited though. Easy drive to beaches, restaurants. This is a very safe location for families. Lots of green space for kids to run.
2 pools (indoor/outdoor), tennis courts, small gym area. The place wasn't too busy and quiet. There are restaurants and a shaws all within 10 mins from the resort. There are multiple beach to visit. I liked and would go again. The price was equal to 2 rooms at a hotel. Their suites have a master bedroom with full bath, then another bedroom with 2 twins. Living room, dinning area and kitchen.
Went for 3 nights with two adults and two children (3+5). The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools and the playground, and there was a game room/tennis court/outdoor games for older kids. Front desk staff was very accommodating and we found the location to be easy for beach trips and nearby restaurants etc. Definitely a good spot for a family get away
Wonderful Place for Families! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The property offers great amenities, including a lovely garden, an indoor pool, a playroom, and a playground – truly perfect for families with children. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommended.
Super friendly staff. The outdoor pool was amazing. My little kids enjoyed the playground and kiddie pool in addition to the big pool. Great location in Brewster. Bay beaches were perfect for tide pool exploration and loved strolling downtown chatham. We will stay here with kids again. Cleaner room. Well at least until we arrived.
Wife and I needed a weekend away and this place was perfect. Quiet and well kept individual townhouses. The registration office/clubhouse has a hot tub, sauna and heated indoor pool. Outside, for better weather there is playgrounds and outside entertainment areas. Townhouses are spacious and clean and fairly up to date, and CLEAN! This is not a hotel so you will need to bag up the laundry sheets, set the dishwasher and take out the trash before you leave. It was well worth it to have the distance and seclusion these townhouses offer over a hotel. Plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Check out the Island Blue Crab for the best meal of your life, or Laurinos Tavern for a more casual time but great food. Don't forget to walk the Nickerson State Park.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. We rented bikes from the resort for a day. The bike rental prices are reasonable, however, they need maintenance- some of the bikes had wobbly tires, loose breaks, etc. It took us some time to choose the right bikes but later we had no trouble the entire day (biked 25 miles). When we mentioned this during checkout, they were kind enough to waive off the bike rental charges. Over all very satisfied with the stay. Will visit again and highly recommend staying here.
We've been going to Brewster Green at least annually for more than ten years. Friendly, helpful staff - will point you in the right direction for sights to see. Clean, spacious units. Nice clubhouse with game room, pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball, corn hole, workout room, etc.
